Q1: What's your best price?
A: We mainly make custom design. Could you show us your design together with size, quantity or another request...?
Q2: Are you a Manufacturer?
A: Yes, we are factory and trading company.
Q3: What's your MOQ?
A: 100pcs per design. Can be negotiated.
Q4: Can I have my own customized product?
A: Sure! That's our speciality. We provide OEM & ODM service.
Q5: What's the requirement for the artwork format
A: JPG, PDF,AI, CDR, both client's hand drawings and creative ideas are OK.
Q6: Can I get sample? Is sample free?
A:Stock sample will be free, you only pay the shipping cost. If the sample with your own design, will result in a mould charge.
Q7:How long is delivery time?
A:Usually 3~7days for samples, 10~25days for mass production, we also can accept rush orders.
Q8:What's packing?
A: In polybag ,if need special packing, please advise. We can meet customer's requirement.
Q9:What's order procedure?
A: We will offer firstly after receipt of your inquiry, when you confirm an order, please also give us your delivery address and tel no.
Then we can make a trade assurance order for you.
Q10:How does your factory carry out quality control?
A: Each process will have quality checking. We can guarantee the same quality of samples and bulk goods.
If need, Pictures & Videos and QC report will be sent when production finished.
Q11:Can I ship different items or models in one container?
A: Different items can be loaded in one container, we also can load into your container if you have purchased from other factory.
Q12:What kind of payment method would you accept?
A: Less than US$1000, 100% before production start, over US$1000, can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance before the shipment.
