| Q2: What's the order process? |
| A2: Submit design(you) > submit quotation(me) > confirm to order and pay mould cost (you) > Create artwork (me) > Approval (you) > full payment or a half payment(you) > Production + Shipping after full payment (me) |
| Q3: Can I get a product sample? |
| A3: Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid mould cost. And we will take picture for your check. If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect. |
| Q4: I received, but it’s wrong, how could I do? |
| A4-1: If you provide wrong info and cofirmed wrong artwork or production plan, then sorry you will afford to re-make them. A4-2: If we made products wrong with our artwork or production plan, we'll re- make for you freely. |
| Q5: I'm looking for some products which is not shown on your website, can you make me the special order? |
| A5: We value our cooperation between us. So, you can show us the picture of the product you need, or we design for you according to your idea. |
