Button Badges

Button badges are full-color badges that are machine-pressed together. They are typically circular, but we also have a square and a rectangular option. They are more likely to recognize the type of badge found on birthday cards or as low-cost promotional or reward badges.

Cloth Badges (Embroidered / Woven / Printed Fabric)

Embroidered badges and woven badges are products that are similar but made using different techniques. The term 'embroidered' refers to a design that is embroidered to a background fabric, whereas 'woven' refers to a design that is formed by weaving different threads together.

The embroidery on the final badges has a slightly more traditional feel, with the design stitching being noticeably raised above the background fabric. The surface is flat and smooth when weaving. Weaved threads are also finer than embroidery threads, so small details in a woven badge are more defined and easier to replicate.

A textile badge can be printed as well. Printing in full color on a basic woven background is typically used to achieve this.

The size and shape of any of the possibilities are fully bespoke, and they can be provided suitable for sewing on or with an iron-on backing.

Enamel Lapel Badges (Enamelled and Similar Types)

Premium lapel badges are frequently referred to as 'enamel badges'. The substance that makes the blocks of solid color within an enameled emblem is known as 'enamel' (each color block is surrounded by fine lines of metal).

Similar badges can be constructed entirely of metal, or with a print in place of the enameling technique. Whatever method is used, each order of lapel badges is made to be unique in shape, size, and, of course, artwork.

Name Badges (Personalised or Identification Badges)

We have a variety of name badge options available if individual identification is necessary.

The premium options are full-color printed on a solid PVC base. Because the print covers the entire badge, the background can be any color you like! The badge can be left as is, or a protective dome can be put on the badge's surface. The dome is recommended for workplaces with chemicals or cleaning solutions, such as a hospital or a hairdresser.
