A: It will be best if you can send us your own artwork based on PEF/AI/JPEG or any picture format to us. If really not, even just
an idea, or a rough drawing, our professional designer will help you work out within a few days.
Q2: How can i send you my artwork?
A: The artwork can send through e-mail, or through Trade manager on line communication. Remember to write your e-mail address on
the mail when you send us enquiry.
Q3: Can I get a sample before making a big order?
A: Yes, sample is free all the time. When you need your own-OEM design sample, then just need your design's mold cost. And this
cost will differ from your size and complexity.
Q4: Can I Combine as many items as i want in a single parcel?
A: Yes, as long as the goods are selected from Ready-To-Ship, then you can combine all together, and shipping cost remains low and
flat.
Q5: How much does it cost to ship to my country?
A: We offer two shipping solutions and cost is flat regardless number of items. Our Ready-To-Ship goods’s freight is already can
